Steps involved after ordering

1. Installation of your new tank is currently within 3 weeks after delivery date

Our delivery coordinator will call you when your tank is ready for delivery

We have one driver per delivery and your tank will be delivered to the nearest accessible area. This area
          may not be the area which you wish to place your tank. If there are fences or obstacles that restrict access
          then the customer will need to organise the final placement of the tank. Due to workplace health and safety
          our drivers are not permitted to delivery past the nearest accessible area.

Our installer will call you within 7 days of the tank being delivered to coordinate an installation time.

Please order online by selecting the appropriate boxes below. An order form will be generated for you to approve. Upon submission of the order form an email reply will be sent confirming receipt of order and you will be contacted for payment details. Payments can be made by EFT, credit card, cheque or cash.

A minimum $500 deposit is required when order is placed.

The balance of all materials including the tanks, delivery, pump & accessories etc is then due before or on the
     day of delivery. (Our delivery drivers have mobile EFTPOS machines to process credit cards, EFT or can collect
     cash or cheques.)

The installation value is payable upon completion of installation or can be paid earlier if convenient.
